We want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it. Every artwork, furniture piece, and handmade object from Glen Turner Studio is thoughtfully designed and individually crafted, so we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before ordering.


Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be safely packaged to ensure it arrives back in the same condition it was sent.
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, custom-made furniture, commissioned pieces, and personalised items, these cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Every piece is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving the studio. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address] with details and photographs of the issue.
If the item is found to be faulty or damaged during delivery, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, including repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate. Any reasonable return shipping costs will be covered in these circumstances.


Returns Process

To request a return, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase. Once your return has been approved, we will provide the information needed to complete the process.
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent using a trackable shipping service. Glen Turner Studio cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.


Sale Items

Sale items and promotional purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.


Care & Consideration

Each piece created by Glen Turner Studio is made individually, often using reclaimed and character-filled materials.
