Handmade With Care, Delivered With Thought
Every piece created by Glen Turner Studio is individually designed and handmade. Unlike mass-produced products, each order requires time, care, and attention to detail. Because many pieces are created from reclaimed and character-filled materials, the process can vary depending on the nature of the work involved.
As a small independent studio, I personally manage the design, making, finishing, packaging, and dispatching of every order. At times, multiple commissions, custom projects, and studio work may overlap, so please allow sufficient time for your piece to be carefully completed and prepared for delivery.

Ready-Made Items
For available pieces that are already completed, orders are generally packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase.
Shipping is typically processed once per week; however, where possible, orders may be dispatched sooner.

Handmade & Commissioned Pieces
Commissioned artwork, bespoke furniture, and handmade pieces require additional time for design, sourcing materials, construction, finishing, and quality checks.
Estimated timeframes will be discussed during the consultation process and confirmed before work begins. Please understand that handmade work can sometimes take longer than initially anticipated due to the individual nature of each piece and the care required to achieve the best result.
I will always keep you updated throughout the process and communicate any significant changes to expected completion times.

Express Shipping
An express shipping option may be available for customers who require faster delivery. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss availability and whether an express option is suitable for your piece.
Please note that express shipping applies to the delivery timeframe only and does not reduce the time required to create handmade or commissioned work.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier provider. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Please ensure all delivery details supplied at checkout are correct, as Glen Turner Studio cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.

A Note About Handmade Work
Each piece is created individually, often using reclaimed materials with their own history, character, and imperfections. The time taken to create each work is part of what makes it unique.
